Easy cDNA Synthesis kit contains all necessary components for conversion of total RNA or mRNA to the single stranded cDNA. The 2X Buffer mix solutions contains :

Enzyme mix contains thermostable H-minus MMLV, RNase Inhibitor and stabilizer.
